摘要
分析了住宅商品化带来的住宅设计、住宅买卖等一系列问题 ,探讨了住宅面积发展的一般规律 ,结合国家康居工程 ,提出了我国城镇居民住房水平定位的一些看法。
It analyzes a series of problems such as design & business of residential buildings brought up by putting housing in market and dis cusses the general regularity of housing area development .Combined with the National Peaceful Living project.it also propounds some opinions of fixation of people’s housing level in towns of China.
