结合太原市近年来高层建筑施工管理特点 ,从工程建设、设计、施工三方的同心协力、施工的总承包方式、分阶段编制施工组织设计等方面 ,提出高层建筑施工组织与管理的具体措施。

According to the construction management features of high-rise buildings in resent years from cooperation of three parts, general contract pattern, construction organization design and other aspects practical measures are proposed for construction organization and management of high-rise building.
