摘要
分析了机车出入库时可能产生故障的原因,提出了用 PLC 实现的机车出入库监控系统,给出了系统构成及部分软件。经现场2年来的运行表明,该系统提高了作业人员的劳动效率,消除了人为隐患,为机车安全出入库提供了有效的技术保障,具有显著的经济和社会效益。
This paper analyses the failure of locomotive when it come in or drop out.The monitor system of the locomotion come in and drop out using PLC was putted forward ,and gives the hardware and software of it.More than two-years field running has proved that the system can greatly improve the efficiency of the workman and eliminated the man-made hidden trouble.Meanwhile,it provides an efficient technololgy guarantee of the safety and possesses remarkable eco- nomic and social benefit.
