摘要 正在研制的±50Mvar链式静止无功发生器(Cascade STATCOM)主开关管将采用集成门极换向晶闸管(IGCT),受其开关频率限制,主逆变器的调制方式选择范围有限。本文研究大容量链式STATCOM的150Hz 优化脉宽调制策略,给出了150Hz 优化PWM控制的基本算法及性能的理论分析。针对链式逆变器特有的直流电容电压不平衡问题,研究了脉冲循环换位机制在直流电容电压平衡控制方面的性能。在±18kvar链式STATCOM的原理样机上实现了本文设计的150Hz优化PWM控制,实验结果表明这种控制策略能够符合工程设计要求。 Combined with the development of a ±50Mvar STATCOM employing cascade multilevel inverters, this paper studies 150Hz optimal pulse width modulation (PWM) control for high-power STATCOM. PWM strategy and its performance are presented. Pulse cycle transposition is described which help equalizing the DC voltages of capacitors in different H-bridges. The control strategy is applied in scaled-model of ±18kvar. Experimental results show the good performance of 150Hz optimal PWM control strategy.
