摘要
扣件式钢管模板支架在不同连接条件下的实体试验分析表明,模板支架设计时应验算扣件抗滑承载力,复核支架稳定性,验算水平钢管挠度,并对模板支架的挠度计算公式进行修正,施工时应合理配置扫地杆和剪刀撑,以增大支架整体刚度。
The analysis on practical test of tube-and-coupler formwork support under different connecting conditions proves that formwork support design should check the calculations on the slide-resisting capacity, the stability of composite support and the deflection of horizontal steel pipe, and revise the calculation formula of the support deflection, while bottom transom and cross support should be reasonably positioned in the construction to strengthen its integral rigidity.
