摘要
北京光彩中心高空大跨度悬挑结构施工中,支撑体系采用斜拉悬挑钢平台技术,利用角钢斜拉杆固定悬挑钢梁形成支撑钢平台,在支撑钢平台上搭设支撑架;运用“以拉代压,合理借用现有混凝土结构”的方法,降低了构件的自重并节约了施工费用。模板拆除后悬挑结构最大下沉量仅为4.3mm,效果良好。
In the construction of the large spanned overhanging structure of Beijing Guangcai Center, diagonal tied overhanging steel platform technology is employed in support system. Diagonal angle steel rods are used to fix the overhanging beam to form a steel platform on which support frame is erected. By means of 'replacing the press with the tensile, and utilizing existing concrete structure rationally', component weight is reduced, and construction cost saved. After formwork is dismantled, the maximum subsidence of the overhanging structure is only 4.3 mm, achieving a good effect.
