摘要
目的 :制备口菌灭含漱喷液并观察其临床疗效。方法 :以溶解法制备口菌灭含漱喷液 ,采用反相高效液相色谱法测定该制剂中阿昔洛韦、替硝唑、环丙沙星的含量 ,并考察其稳定性。结果 :本方法可同时测定口菌灭含漱喷液中3种主要成分的含量 ,且简便、灵敏、迅速 ;用药10d后总有效率为99 0 % (P<0 05)。结论 :口菌灭含漱喷液性质稳定 ,质量可控 ,临床应用安全、有效。
OBJECTIVE:To prepare Koujunmie gargle,establish a quality control method and to observe the therapeutic effect.METHODS:Konjunmie gargle was prepared with method of dissolution;the contents of aciclovir,tinidazole and ciprofloxacin in the gargle were determined with HPLC and the stability test was performed.RESULTS:The method was simple,rapid and accurate.The assay of three ingredients in Koujunmie gargle could be simultaneously performed.The gargle was stable.The total effective rate was99.0%after10-day treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The gargle is stable in quality,the therapeutic effect is reliable and safe.
