内镜辅助显微手术治疗桥脑小脑角胆脂瘤

Neuroendoscopic assisted microneurosurgery for cholesterotoma

目的 探索神经内镜辅助显微神经手术治疗桥脑小脑角胆脂瘤的实用性及效果。方法 对 2 2例桥脑小脑角胆指瘤进行了神经内镜辅助显微手术切除 ,术中用 0°和 30°神经内镜观察各个死角 ,如果发现有肿瘤残留 ,在神经内镜辅助下行残留肿瘤切除。结果 术后临床症状、体征均明显改善或消失 ,均未发生无菌性脑膜炎和迟发性颅内出血等并发症。结论 神经内镜辅助显微手术治疗桥脑小脑角胆脂瘤 ,有利于提高手术疗效 ,降低手术并发症。

Objective To probe into the utility and treatment effect of the neuroendoscopic assisted microneurosurgery for cholesterotoma.Methods Twenty-two patients with cholesterotoma underwent neuroendoscopic assisted microneurosurgical tumoural resection.Intraoperatively,the dead angles were inspected by 0- and 30-degree rigid neuroendoscope,and if the residual tumour was found,neuroendoscopic assisted tumour dissection was performed.Results Postoperatively,the clinical symptoms and signs improved markedly or disappeared.No aseptic meningitis,delayed intracranial hemorrhage and other complications occurred.Conclusion The neuroendoscopic assisted microneurosurgery for cholesterotoma is helpful to increase the microneurosurgical treatment effect and decrease the operative complications.
