摘要
为研究山楂叶总黄酮 (HawthornLeavesFlavonoids ,HLF)对脑缺血的保护作用。采用两种动物模型 :①通过小鼠急性脑缺血模型 ,计算脑指数 ,检测脑组织内的丙二醛 (MDA)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、Na+ -K+ -ATP酶 (Na+ -K+ -ATPase)和Ca2 + -ATP酶 (Ca2 + -ATPase)的活性。②采用大鼠的大脑中动脉血栓模型 (MCAO) ,产生局灶性脑缺血 ,计算脑梗塞范围。结果显示 ,HLF降低了模型组小鼠脑指数、脑内MDA ,升高了LDH、Na+ -K+ -ATPase和Ca2 + -ATPase的活性。提示HLF对小鼠脑缺血有一定的保护作用。
To investigate the protective effect of Hawthorn Leaves Flavonoids (HLF) on cerebral ischemia models, the acute cere- bral ischemia model in mice was used, and the values of MDA, LDH, brain index (ratio of the brain weight with body weight) and the activity of Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATP- ase were observed; middle cerebral artery occlusion model was used, and the infarcted scope in brain was calculated. Results: The values of MDA and brain index were significantly raised, while the activity of LDH, Na+-K+-ATPase and Ca 2+-ATP- ase were declined remarkably, which were all antagonized by HLF; HLF also reduced significantly the infarcted scope in the brains. It is showed that HLF afforded protection against cerebral ischemia. [HT6ZY]
