螺旋轴流式多相泵高速变速下多相输送性能的研究

摘要 以石油大学 (北京 )所设计的第三代螺旋轴流式多相泵为研究对象 ,分别以清水、空气 -水为试验介质 ,系统地研究了多相泵在高速变速下的清水外特性和多相输送时不同的进口含气率、进口压力、进口混合物密度和转速等对多相输送性能的影响 ,为多相泵的工业应用设计提供更进一步的试验参数。 It was regarded that the experimental result of the third generation helico-axial multiphase pumps designed by the University of Petroleum ( Beijing).Fluid medium regarded to the clear water and the air-water separately heterogeneous pump clear water characteristic was studied in several high speed while sendings systematically include the tolerance,different inlet pressures,density of mixture and rotational speed,etc.Further experimental data and influence of performance heterogeneously were offered for the industral design of the heterogeneous pump.
