摘要 针对中药生产中采用重力沉降、离心沉降进行固液分离的条件与可能性进行了讨论。以某中药药液为例 ,根据药液的特性 ,对分别采用重力沉降槽、旋液分离器和沉降离心机进行沉降时的沉降速度与时间进行了计算与分析 ,同时进行了实验测定对比 ,并分别对其优缺点进行了评述 ,提出了针对中药药液采用不同沉降分离方法与设备的看法。 The separation feasibility of sedimentation of gravity and centrifugal in the solid-liquid separation for the Chinese traditional medicine and its operating condition are discussed. Analysis and computation of the velocity and time of the sedimentation is carried out for sedimentation by using gravitational sedimentation trough, hydroclone and sedimenting centrifuge according to its peculiarity. And a contrast experimentation of validation is processed. Their advantage and disadvantage are raised. A viewpoint of the adoption of different equipment and way of sedimentation for different liquid Chinese traditional medicine is brought forward.
