The Wood Protection Industry in China: Current Problems and Solutions

木材保护处理能延长木材的使用寿命,改善其使用性能,对缓解我国木材需求压力及保护森林、改善生态条件、实现可持续发展意义重大。文章简要介绍了国内木材保护工业取得的历史成就、存在的主要问题,以及发展中国木材保护工业的措施建议。

Wood protection improves the performance and service life of wood products, which is important in alleviating the pressure on wood supply, conserving forest resources, improving (ecological) conditions and advancing sustainable forestry development in China. This paper reviewed the progress and major current problems in China's wood protection industry. Some solutions were also suggested.
