用色质联用仪分析鉴定野马追挥发油的化学成分

Analysis of chemical constituents in essential oil of Eupatorium lindlcyanum DC.by GC-MS

采用气相色谱 -质谱联用仪对产自江苏的野马追全草挥发油的化学成分进行了分析鉴定。从分离出的 5 0个峰中鉴定出 4 1种化学成分 ,其含量占挥发油总量的 93.4 4 %。分析结果表明 ,野马追全草挥发油主要成分为石竹烯内脂、β -蒎烯。

The essential oil of Eupatorium lindlcyanum DC. from Jiangsn Province was analyzed by GC MS. Of the fifty peaks separated, 41 were identified, making up 93.44% of the total content. The analytical results demonstrate that the main constituents of the essential oil of Eupatorium lindlcyanum Dc.are caryophyllene oxide, β-pinene and hexadecanoic acid.
