摘要
基于静电相互作用的原理 ,采用水相合成的CdTe量子点来标记生物分子亲和素 ,并利用荧光和紫外分光光度法系统地研究了标记前后体系的发射光谱和吸收光谱的变化。与单独CdTe量子点相比 ,标记了亲和素的量子点发射光谱的峰位红移了 9nm ,发射光谱的半峰宽不变 ;吸收光谱变得比较平坦 ,且吸收值增强。通过改变体系的pH值。
The avidin can be labeled with CdTe quantum dots systhesized in aqueous solution through electrostatic interaction. The change of emission and absorption spectra of CdTe quantum dots before and after labeling avidin was studied by UV and fluorescence spectrophotometries. The peak position of the emission spectrum of CdTe quantum dots bound to avidin exhibits a red shift of 9nm compared with independent CdTe, but the half peak width remains unchanged. The absorption spectrum of CdTe avidin becomes flatter than that of independent CdTe in the range of 400~650nm. The fact that the change of spectra is due to the binding of CdTe and avidin is further confirmed through experiments by changing pH values of test solution.
