随着公路交通事业的发展,水泥混凝土路面越来越多的应用,继而带来了水泥混凝土路面板底脱空养护课题,这就需要对此修补。对压浆修补工程中的施工工艺流程和设备进行介绍分析,指出了灰浆泵的输浆管的移动不便、工人劳动强度较大的问题,并对此进行了输浆管提拉带的配制。

With the development of highway,more and more cement concrete pavement are applied,as a re-sult,the problems about voids under pavement appear.This paper introduces the construction technology and equipments of mortar intrusion maintenance,presents the problems of removing inconvenience of mortar conveying pipes and heavy labor strength,gives the configurations of mortar conveying pipes.
