摘要
利用MSC/PATRAN、MSC/NASTRAN和MSC/FATIGURE等软件,对某水泥输送泵车进行了可靠度分别为50%和95%的结构可靠性疲劳寿命分析,得到该泵车疲劳寿命和相应的疲劳寿命薄弱环节,分析了产生较小疲劳寿命的原因并提出了相应的改进措施,表明在水泥输送泵车及承受交变循环动载荷的同类机械结构设计时,可靠性疲劳寿命分析是进行结构动强度评价的主要手段,应该受到高度重视。
In this paper,using of MSC/PATRAN、MSC/NASTRAN and MSC/FATIGUE softwares,a bump auto which pipes concrete is analyzed on structure fatigue strength under different fatigue probability of50%and95%.With these comprehensive study,the fragile region of fatigue strength and corresponding fatigue life are obtained.Analyzing the reason of less fatigue life,it gives measures to improve structure dynamic strengthen.So it is very important to calculate its dynamic strengthen when a cement concrete pump truck is assessed.
