节能环保型熔铝与铝卷退火联合炉组

A furnace line with type of energy saving and environment protection for aluminium melting and annealing

研制成功一种新型烧煤的炉组,由热煤气炉、熔化炉和退火炉串联组成。利用熔化炉尾气加热退火炉,用于铝卷退火,不仅节能,而且消烟除尘。

A new furnaces line fpr processing aluminium has been sucess-fully developed. The line is composed of hot gas generator, melting furnace and annealing furnace in series. The aluminium rolls to be annealed in the annealing furnace is heated by afterheat of waste gas emitting from melting furnace, as a result not only eliminate dust from waste gas but also save energy.
