筒子纱染色的重现性是染厂生产中最重要的问题。不同批次染色时染料上染的多寡 ,对色相及深浅影响较大。重现性差的原因有主观原因和客观原因 ,文章作逐一分析 ,并对传统“移染”和“修色”
Dyeing reproducibility is very important during dyeing process, color difference exists because of the different dye uptake in various batches, which is caused by subjective and objective reasons, details are listed one by one, meanwhile, some new ideas are put forward.
