This paper covers the principle of burnt-out printing of polyacrylonitrile flocked carpet with sculptured pattern, reasonable printing mode and dyes and chemicals are screened according to the process requirements, preparation of printing paste and its printing process are analyzed. Practical measures are put forward according to the defects such as color change, misregister, threadbare, staining and crease.
