摘要
文章对卒中疾病负担评价的国内外进展、目前应用的方法和指标等进行了综述。目前 ,潜在寿命损失年、失能调整生命年是评价卒中患者群体死亡和失能等负担较好的指标。同时 ,家庭和社会负担也是卒中疾病负担评价中不可忽视的方面。
This article reviews the progresses, the current application methods and indicators in the assessment of stroke burden both from foreign and domestic sources. Now the years of potential life lost and disability adjusted life years are the better indexes in the assessment of population death, disability and other burdens in patients with stroke. Meanwhile, the social and family burdens are also not negligible aspects in the assessment of stroke burden.
