板坯连铸机前部设备的优化方案
Intelligent solutions for the slab-caster machine head
摘要
在连铸中获得良好的产品质量,是连铸机的最佳设计、快速调整操作参数的能力以及良好的控制软件应用的结果。板坯连铸机的前部是最重要的设备部件,它对铸坯的表面质量有很大影响。本文将介绍奥钢联(VAI)开发的许多技术软件包,特别是用于铸机前部的软件,它们已成功地安装在新建的和现有的连铸机上。
Excellent product quality in continuous casting is the result of an optimized machine design, the ability to rapidly adjust operational parameters and the application of excellent control software.The slab caster machine head is the most decisive caster section which has an influence on the surface qualify of the cast strand.This paper describes a number of VAI technological packages specifically dedicated to the caster machine head which have been successfully installed in both new and existing continuous casting machines.
