摘要
本研究结合连铸薄板坯和传统连铸板坯的凝固组织特征,并利用建立的二冷控制模型分别计算了两者在凝固过程中凝固前沿及凝固壳的温度梯度,对它们的凝固条件和凝固过程及其偏析情况进行了对比分析。研究表明,薄板坯的二冷强度大,凝固速度快,组织细小、均匀,其内部溶质元素的偏析程度远低于传统连铸板坯。
This paper compares the characteristics of solidifying structure between thin slab and conventional slab and calculates the temperature grads at the solidifying front and the shell with the mathematical model of the secondary cooling system.It shows that thin slab continuous casting has a greater secondary cooling intensity,a faster solidifying rate,a fine and uniform structure and less segregation than conventional slab casting.
