针对高校实验室建设中的热点,提出集中建立学校实验基地的重要性和作用。同时提出加强实验技术人员的相应配备,特别要重视实验技术人员的作用和地位。并对学术建设与实验室的关系做了论述,提出了"强基、扶优、支新、重交"的建设思路。指出高校应该有一个归口的实验室管理部门。

In view of the hot points in universities' lab construction, this article put forward the importance and function of contralized establishing university's laboratory base. At the same time, the corresponding allocation of laboratory's technicians should be strengthened, especially the function and status of laboratory's technicians should be paid more attention to. This article also described the relationship between academic construction and laboratory, and presented the construction thought of 'strengthening the basic, helping the exellent, supporting the novel and valuing the crossed'. It was pointed out that university should have a relevant department responsible for managing laboratories.
