摘要
目的 研究芦荟多糖对S180 荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜功能的影响。方法 采用荧光分光光度法、SDS 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳以及唾液酸试剂盒分别测定S180 小鼠红细胞膜脂流动性、膜交联蛋白、带 3蛋白以及膜唾液酸 (SA)含量。结果 两种芦荟多糖各剂量组均能不同程度地提高S180 荷瘤小鼠降低的红细胞膜脂流动性、带 3蛋白和SA的含量 ,降低红细胞膜交联蛋白的含量 ,且中剂量均非常显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论 芦荟多糖对S180 荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜功能具有促进作用 ,这可能是芦荟多糖抗肿瘤作用的主要机制之一。
Object To investigate the antioxidant activity of polyamines isolated from pilose antler (PAIPA). Methods The effects of PAIPA on the lipid peroxidation (MDA formation) in microsomes of rat brain, liver, and kidney induced by NADPH-Vitamine C (Vc) and ferrous-cysteine systems in vitro, the superoxide anion radical production (reduced cytochrome C formation) in xanthine-xanthine oxidase system in vitro, and the CCl 4-and ethanol-induced MDA formation in mice liver in vivo were evaluated. Results PAIPA could significantly inhibit the lipid peroxidation (MDA formation) i n microsomes of rat brain, liver, and kidney induced by NADPH-Vc and ferrous-c yctein, the superoxide anion radical production (formation of reduced cytochrome C) in xanthine-xanthine oxidase system in vitro, and the CCl 4- and ethanol-induced MDA formation in mice liver in vivo. Conclusion PAIPA exhibits an antioxidant activity.
