摘要
目的 建立甘肃当归药材HPLC指纹图谱。方法 以联苯为参照物 ,采用C18(2 5 0mm× 4 6mm ,5 μm)色谱柱 ,以甲醇 水 (水中含体积比为 0 5 %醋酸 )为流动相 ,梯度洗脱 ,体积流量 0 6mL/min ,检测波长为 2 75nm ,参比波长为 4 0 0nm。结果 精密度、重现性、稳定性试验中共有峰相对峰面积、相对保留时间的RSD均小于 5 0 % ;不同产地当归相似度大于 98 5 %。结论 该方法简便、实用、可靠 。
Object Reversed-phase high performance liquid ch ro matography (RP-HPLC) fingerprint of Angelica sinensis (Oliv.) D iels. grown in Gansu Province was established. Methods Chrom atographic conditions were available as follows: Biphenyl as reference material, C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol and water including 0.5 % acetic acid as mobile phase, flow rate 0.6 mL/min, gradient elution, the detection wavelength was set to 275 nm and 400 nm as reference wavele ngth. Results The RSD of relative peak areas and retention time of common peak in precision, repeatability, and stability has not reached 5.0%, respecti vely. Similarity was over 98.5% in A. sinensis collected from different habitats. Conclusion All results above exhibited t hat this method is simple, practicable, and reliable as a standard method in con trolling the quality of A. sinensis.
