摘要 用共混的方法制备了抗静电聚丙烯 ,研究了共混方法和溶剂的使用对聚丙烯抗静电性能的影响。研究结果表明 :双螺杆挤出过程中的剪切作用和有机溶剂的使用有利于抗静电剂的分散和迁移 ,可以提高聚丙烯的抗静电性能。乙醇为溶剂溶解抗静电剂 。 Antistatic polypropylene (PP) was prepared via blending PP with an antistatic agent. The effects of solvents and blending method on the antistatic property of PP were studied. It was found that strong shearing and the use of an organic solvent may promote the dispersion of antistatic agent in the PP matrix, and the diffusion of antistatic agent from bulk to surface, thus increased the antistatic ability of PP. Blending PP and an antistatic agents with ethanol as solution may produce PP materials with an optimal antistatic property.
