摘要
塑料材质本身具有耐热变形温度低、对溶剂敏感、表面极性低、有微孔等特点 ,在用双组分聚氨酯涂料涂装的时候极易产生微泡等缺陷。对双组份聚氨酯罩光清漆在塑料件涂装过程中起微泡的问题进行了研究 ,分析了产生该弊病的各种原因和条件如温度、气候、漆膜厚度和工艺等 。
The bubble-forming and de-bubbling in PU varnish used as plastics coating was studied. Effects of temperature, climate and the painting process were investigated. Some measures to prevent or minimize the bubble defects were proposed.
