等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层在内燃机上的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 特种陶瓷材料由于具有良好的综合性能,近几年在动力工程和先进发动机上的应用愈来愈广,陶瓷与金属的连接工艺成为材料工程领域的热点研究课题。等离子喷涂是目前国内外最常用的金属表面陶瓷涂层技术。为此,对等离子喷涂陶瓷涂层在内燃机上的应用进行了研究,分析了等离子喷涂过程中存在的主要问题,提出了这些问题的解决途径,并展望了该项技术的应用前景。 Due to favourable integrated performance, the application of ceramics on power engineeringand advanced jet engine is wider and wider in recent years. The bonding technology of ceramics to metalsis one of the central issues in materials engineering. Plasma spraying is one of the most commonly usedtechniques of ceramic coatings on metal surface. The application of plasma sprayed ceramic is studied. Theirmain problems were pointed out, and the solutions of these problems are proposed. The application prospectsof the technique are also discussed.
