The heating umformity of infra-red continuous furnace

摘要 本文分析了连续式红外炉的加热均匀性。提出了改变加热元件的分布及改变加热空间的形状等措施,以有利于加热均匀性的改善。同时详细介绍了上述措施的计算方法。 Based on the analysis of heating uniformity of the infra-red continuous furnace, the author puts forward some proposals for improving heating uniformity, including an appropriate distribution of heating elements and proper shapes of the furnace chamber etc. Meanwhile the calculating methods of those measures are introduced.
