摘要
本文提出了使用喷射器替代喷流预热中高温风机的构想。从理论上研究了获得最佳喷射系数的途径,给出了在工作介质为压缩空气,被喷射介质为高温烟气的情况下,喷射器优化设计的计算方法。实验验证了理论特性曲线及出口处介质的温降。
This article gives a conception of using ejector instead of high temperature blower which is usually used in the ejecting preheating system, and discusses a way to obtain the optimum ejecting coefficient. In here a designing method of the optimum ejector, of which the compressive air is as ejecting medium and the high temperature gas of smoke contained is as ejected medium, is given. The theoretical characteristic and the temperature lowering of exhausted gas have been proved by the experiments.
