益脑活血胶囊对犬脑血流量及大鼠血栓的影响

Influence of Yinaohuoxue Capsules on the brain's blood flow of dogs and thrombus of rats

目的观察益脑活血胶囊对脑血流量及血栓的影响。方法观察麻醉犬脑椎动脉和颈内动脉血流量变化 ;采用体外血栓形成实验测量血栓湿重 ;结果益脑活血胶囊能明显增加犬颈内动脉血流量 ,减轻血栓湿重 ;结论益脑活血胶囊能增加犬脑血流量 ,并有明显抗血栓形成作用。
