多层厂房宽度与节能节地的关系

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN MULTI-STORY FACTORY WIDTH AND ENERGY-LAND SAVING

本文就厂房宽度对节能、节地、综合经济各因素的关系进行了分析,认为多层厂房只有采取宽形平面形式才能显示出节能、节地的优越性,并提出了得失比的概念,以此来确定最佳的厂房宽度。

People generally consider that major advantage of multi-storey workshop is land saving and factory building with too great width is inadvisable for side daylight and extending. Based on practical investigations, this paper analyzes relationship among the width, energy-land saving and synthetic economy, The analysis indi- cates that wide plan workshop has more advantages in energy saving and land saving. A concept of gain-loss ratio is given. Theoptimal factory width can be obtained on the basis of this concept.
