摘要
在柴油机气缸设计和检验中都需要使用稳流气道试验系统对气缸的气道进行试验。过去柴油机稳流气道试验主要采用人工方法测量相关参数,无法进行精确和快速的测量。介绍了一种智能型稳流气道试验系统,该系统采用集散控制实现了数据采集和控制过程的自动化,通过串行接口实现了上位机与下位机的通信,且有效地抑制了干扰,同时开发了一套处理软件对数据进行及时有效的处理,并提供了友好的用户界面。
In designing or testing diesel cylinders,the steady flow test system must be adopted to measure the inlet gas swirl.The rapid and precise measurement could hardly be achieved because the related data used to be measured by hand.Introduced an intelligent steady flow test system.This system used the DCS to automate the data gathering and the control process and used the serial interface to realize the communication between the upper subsystem and lower subsystem.Meanwhile,it effectively realized the anti-jamming.And a set of software has been developed to effectively process the data with a friendly interface.
