摘要 以热电偶等模拟测量控制元件为基础的温度控制器,由于冷端温度补偿、A/D转换、D/A转换等环节的存在,使得测量控制电路较为复杂,调试也很麻烦。为此,以新型数字器件为主,设计了一种温控器电路,结构简单,又能满足一定的精度要求,有关参数通过了实验调试。以2kW电阻炉为被控对象,以K型热电偶为测温传感器,介绍了基于MAX6675的温度控制器的构成、硬件原理、软件方法,重点说明了测量转换器件MAX6675、控制器件MOC3083的使用方法及与单片机的接口。 The circuits of temperature controllers which are based on thermocouple and other analog devices are often complicated and can't be adjusted easily,because there are so many parts such as cold-junction compensation,A/D converter and D/A converter.Now,having designed a circuit for the temperature controller which consists of new type of digital devices.It has simple structure and enough accuracy.The circuit parameters concerned have been tested in practice.Taking the stove of two kilowatts as the controlled object and the K-thermocouple as the temperature sensor.Introduced the structure,hardware principle and software manner for the temperature controller based on MAX6675.Emphasized the using method and interface with the measuring element MAX6675 and the controlling element MOC3083.
