介绍一种测量各种管道内表面尺寸和形状的仪器,着重阐述该仪器的组成和工作原理。该仪器采用DSP(Dig italsignalProcessor,数字信号处理器)系统处理图像信号,采用以太网与上位机通信使得测量快速准确,被测管道的长度可达500m.
Introduced an instrument for measuring the size and shape of almost any pipe interior profile.It described the components and principle of operation of the instrument.A modular DSP system embedded in the instrument to process the image and Ethernet communications with a Laptop computer used make the measurement fast and accurate.The measuring pipes can be as long as 500 meters.
