对几种染料的“短处”进行了深入的思考,并加以巧妙地利用,达到了扬长避短的目的。直接染料可用于活性染料染色的纠色回染,安全方便;分散染料对真丝绸、锦纶绸等经弱酸、中性染料染色作纠色回修,可不用去除纤维上的阳离子物质;几种碱性染料在真丝与醋纤、粘胶丝等的交织物上的恰当使用,可产生多种风格;涂料用于牛仔服的染色,后处理工艺大大减化;利用S型分散染料遮盖性及匀染性差的特点,可用于检验毛坯质量。

Well-known drawbacks of direct, basic, S type disperse dyes and pigments are discussed in detail and skillful utilization of those dyes are demonstrated so as to achieve better results.
