摘要
文章提出了一种用于电动转向器 (EPS)设计加工的三维CAD管理平台软件开发的基本过程和方法。用并行、模块化的思想将EPS设计、生产等的各个过程通过该平台下的数据库联系起来 ,使设计、生产等过程的信息能够及时进行交换 ,加快了新产品开发的进度 ,同时提高了产品系列化水平。平台基于面向对象的数据库开发软件VFP(VisualFoxPro)及三维CAD软件SolidWorks进行设计 。
The paper introduced the basic course and method of the development of 3-diamensional CAD management system fitting to the design and manufacture of the Electronic Power Steering. Processes such as designing, manufacturing, etc. are all contacted by the database under this platform, which make the exchanging of information in time. Methods of Concurrent Engineering and Modularization have considered in this paper. All those fastened the speed of development of new products and improved the level of serial producing at the same time. Visual FoxPro, which used Object-Oriented technology and the 3D-CAD software, SolidWorks were used to design this system. A good interface and database were set up at the same time.
