摘要 花生米经灰化处理后,用APDC—DDTC—MIBK体系萃取富集试液中的镉,用空气—乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定其含量。建立了优化的测定条件,并对可能存在的元素作了干扰实验。本法测定镉的相对标准偏差为1.7%~3.0%,回收率为97.7%~102.1%。 After the cineration of the peanut,the cadmium in it is extracted via the APDC-DDTC-MIBK system,and the content of cadmium is then tested via air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry(FAAS).The optimum testing conditions are established and a test for the probably existing interferential elements is conducted.The relative standard deviation of the test is 1.7 to 3.0 percent.The respective recovery rate is 97.7 to 102.1 percent.
