摘要
用反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定麦芽糖基-β-环糊精。试验优化了分析测定条件。结果表明,本方法具有快速、重现性好和灵敏度高等特点,回收率为99.45%～99.84%,变异系数(CV)为1.88%。
A method for measurement of maltosyl-β-cyclodextrin by reversed phase high performance liquid chromatograph(RP-HPLC) is described.The determination conditions is optimized.The result showed the characteristics of this method are as follows:high speed,good reproducibility,high sensitivety.Its recovery is from 99.45% to 99.84%.Coefficient of Variation is 1.88%.
