氯化钾芒硝转化法制硫酸钾工艺路线的探讨

Study on The Technical Route of Producing Potassium Sulphate by the Reaction of Potassium Chloride with Sodium Sulphate

通过对K^+,Na^+//Cl^-,SO_4~2—H_2O体系相图的分析和工艺计算,探讨了由芒硝与氯化钾反应制取硫酸钾的工艺路线,并拟定出生产硫酸钾的原则流程,在实验室条件下,接照选择的工艺路线制得纯度为99%的硫酸钾产品和纯度为98%的NaCl副产品。

An economic technology route of producing potassium sulphate has been selected by analysis of equilibrium phase diagram for the system K^+,Na^+// Cl^-,SO_4^(2-)—H_2O and necessary technical calculation.The flow sheet of pro- ducing potassium sulphate is designed.The product K_2SO_4(99%)and bypro- duct NaCl(98%)were produced by the technology route at the laboratory.
