The railway military transport has been enjoying the preferentialprice policy of state for many years. According to the current reform situation inrailway management system and mechanism, from the five aspects of marketeconomy, historical evolution, benefit of national defense, consuming conceptand payment capacity, the paper analyzes the necessity of implementingpreferential price policy for military transport and puts forward the idea of slightlyadjusting the price for military transport.
