大量饮酒对高血压病人血压的影响

Investigation of Influence of Load Drinking of Alcohol on Hypertension

目的 研究负荷量饮酒对高血压病人血压的影响。方法 分别连续进行未饮酒及饮负荷量白酒两日的动态血压测定 ,对其结果进行统计学处理。结果 负荷量饮酒后 6小时之内收缩压及舒张压下降 ,负荷量饮酒后全天收缩压及舒张压下降 ,次日舒张压升高 ,数据有显著性差异。结论 负荷量饮酒后当日血压轻度下降 ,次日血压升高 ,增加了血压波动的幅度 ,高血压病人应戒酒 。

Objective We aimed to investigate the influence of load drinking of alcohol on the blood pressure of patients with hypertension.Methods Two-day dynamic blood pressure measurements were respectively carried out between the people who did not dink and who drank some load volume of alcohol and statistics were made.Results The systolic and diastolic pressure descended within six hours after drinking and the same thing occurred during the whole day. The diastolic pressure rose during the next day. There were remarkable data differences.Conclusions The results showed that during the day of load drinking the blood pressure slightly descended and rose during the next day. The fluctuation of blood pressure increased. So the patients with hypertension should stop drinking or at least limit it.
