长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床观察

A clinical study of navebine(NVB)plu cisplatin(DDP)in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)

目的 观察长春瑞滨 (NVB)和顺铂 (DDP)联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效和毒副反应。方法 40例非小细胞肺癌晚期患者 ,NVB2 5mg m2 快速静脉滴入 ,第 1天 ,第 8天 ,DDP70 -75mg m2 ,第 1天。每 2 1天为 1周期。 2周期后评价疗效。结果 完全缓解 1例 ,部分缓解 15例 ,有效率 40 %。毒副反应主要为骨髓抑制 ,消化道反应 ,脱发 ,静脉炎。白细胞下降 95 %。结论 NVB联合DDP治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效好 ,毒副反应可耐受 。

Objective To abserve the effects and toxicity of combination chemotherapy with navebine plus cisplatin in advanced NSCLC.Methods 40 cases NSCLC, 14 cases in Ⅲb, 24 cases in Ⅳ,2 cases were recrudescent.Navebine was given 25mg/m 2 introvenously on dl and d8,and cisplatin 70-75mg/m 2 on dl of each cycle,21 days a cycle, assessment after 2 cycles.Results The overall response rate was 40%.(1 case achieved a complete response and 15 cases achieved a partial response.)The major toxity was hematotoxic and digest toxicity and alopecia and phlebitis,respectively.the leucopoenia was 95%,notably,frequency of leukopenia of Ⅲ～Ⅳ degree was as high as 30%.Conclusions Navebine plus cisplatin chemotherapy for advanced NSCLC shows a good curative effect with tolerable toxicity. It can be used extensively in clinical treatment.
