DHS治疗粗隆间不稳定骨折的疗效分析

Analysis on the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture with compressive sliding hip screw

目的 观察DHS治疗股骨粗隆间不稳定型骨折的疗效。方法 应用DHS治疗股骨粗隆间骨折 15例。结果 骨折复位内固定满意 ,平均随访 12个月 ,骨折全部愈合 ,钢板螺钉无断裂及松脱 ,髋关节功能恢复良好。结论 DHS具有坚强的内固定 ,术后并发症少 ,利于患者尽早功能锻炼等优点是股骨粗隆间不稳定骨折有效的内固定方法。

Objective To study the clinical vrsulte of the treatment of unstable intertrochanteric fracture with compressive sliding screw.Methods 15 patiens with unstable interochanteric fracture were treated with compressive sliding hip screw.Results All the fracture were reduced and fixed well. after an average.follow-up of 12 months,all were cured.There were no varus deformiity of hip joint no break of the plates or loosening of the screw and the functional recovery of hip joint was well.Conclusions The compressive sliding hip screw has meritl of stable fixation.no ncomplication and convenience for early exercise,this is aneffective internal fixation for the treatment of unstable in tertrochanteric fracture.
