子宫内膜癌CerbB_2和P^(53)基因的表达及意义

A STUDY OF P^(53) and CerbB_2 EXPRESSIONS IN ENDEOMETRICAL CARCINOMA

目的 探讨CerbB2 和P53 在子宫内膜癌中表达的意义和二者的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学法回顾性分析了 85例子宫内膜癌患者的石蜡标本中CerbB2 和P53 蛋白的表达 ,并对其生存期进行随访。结果 CerbB2 和P53 表达的阳性率分别为 2 7.0 6 %、4 5 .88% ;CerbB2 阳性表达者的 5年生存率为 5 2 .38% ,阴性表达者为73.6 5 % ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;P53 阳性表达者的 5年生存率 5 9.2 5 % ,阴性表达者为 84 .36 % ,差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,CerbB2 和P53 表达间无相关性。结论 CerbB2 和P53 在子宫内膜癌中的表达与内膜癌的生物学行为有关 ,可作为子宫内膜癌预后的指标 。

Objective To investigate the clinical and pathological significances of CerbB_2 and P^(53) expressions in endometrical carcinoma and the relationship between them.Methods The expressions of CerbB_2 and P^(53) were (retrospectively) studied by immunohistochemical method.Their survival rate was surveyed in the following 5 years.Results The positive rates of P^(53) and CerbB_2 expressions were27.06% and 45.88% respectively. The five-year survival rates of the positive and negative cases were 52.38% and 73.65% respectively (P<0.01). The survival rates of cases of positive and negative P^(53) expressions were 59.25% and 84.36% respectively (P<0.05). No correlation was found between the expressions of CerbB_2 and P^(53).Conclusion P^(53) and CerbB_2 expressions in endometrical carcinoma have a close relationship to the degree of malignancy of endometrical carcinoma, contribute greatly to prognosis and can be used to instruct postoperative therapy.
