摘要
目的 探讨螺旋CT表面遮盖法 (SSD)的临床应用价值。方法 对 119例患者的不同部位行螺旋CT扫描 ,并在ADW3.1后处理工作站进行表面遮盖法重建 ,获得三维图像。结果 SSD图像均较清楚地显示病变的部位、大小、密度及形态 ,并通过旋转、“游离”等技术从最佳角度来观察病变的立体形态及其周围的关系。结论 螺旋CT表面遮盖法 (SSD)在人体许多系统、许多部位都有较好的临床应用价值 ,特别是对骨关节系统、颅脑、气管支气管、人工充气后的结肠及膀胱。
Objective To explore the clinical application of the surface-shaded displays(SSD) of spiral CT scanning.Methods Spiral CT scanning were made in different parts of 119 cases.The three-dimensional images were got throug SSD.Results The SSD images could clearly show the location,size,density and shape of a lesion,and the steric shapes and the surrounding structures could be observed at different angles through rotation and “free” techniques.Conclusion SSD of CT scanning can be effectively applied to diagnose diseases and to choose therapies in different systems of patients such as the osteoarticular and craniocerebral systems,trachea,bronchus,colon and bladder after artificial aeration.
