摘要
本文研究了BaF_xCl_(2-x):Eu^(2+)荧光材料在紫外线辐照下的光激励发光。在小于Eu^(2+)离化能而大于Eu^(2+)最低激发态的不同能量紫外线辐照后(Eex.<E<Eion.),均能产生光激励发光。同时我们研究了光激励发光材料BaF_xCl_(2-x):Eu^(2+)中的色心与F/Cl比值的关系,紫外线的辐照能量与F/Cl比值的关系,最后我们给出了紫外线辐照下BaFCl:Eu^(2+)的电子转移过程是隧穿。
The photostimulated luminescence (PSL)of UV-irradiated BaF_xCl_(2-x):Eu^(2+) phosphors has been reported. The PSL can be observed when the energy of UV lies between Eex.<E<Eion. Meanwhile the variation of the color centers in BaF_xCl_(2-x):Eu^(2+) with F/Cl ratio and the dependence of PSL on the energy of UV-irradiation for different F/Cl ratio have been discussed. At last a conclusion that the electron transfer in BaFCl:Eu^(2+) is via tunneling effect during UV-irradiation and photostimulation has been got.
