摘要
目前相当多水利工程进度控制存在项目实施出现偏差后才考虑控制措施的现象 ,采取一种事后的、被动的控制管理。根据工程特点和复杂性 ,东深供水改造工程建设进度控制引入风险分析理论 ,建立起完整的、事先的、主动的控制管理运作机制 ,科学全面防范应对 ,保证建设进度处于控制目标范围内 ,工程实际进度比计划进度略有提前 ,收到了明显的管理效果。
For quite a few water conservancy projects, schedule control measures were not adopted till problems arising in the implementation of projects. During the construction of Dongjiang-Shenzhen water supply reconstruction project, according to the project's characteristics and complicacy, a risk analysis theory was applied to the project schedule control and an antecedent, perfect and active control operation mechanism was established to scientifically and comprehensively deal with emergencies, and guarantee the project construction progress within the scope of the control target, resulting in remarkable managerial effect, with the actual work progress slightly ahead of the planned one.
