内镜在下肢慢性静脉功能不全治疗中的应用研究

Study of endoscope in the treatment of chronic venous incompetence (CVI)

目的探讨内镜在下肢慢性静脉功能不全治疗中的效果.方法应用内镜手术治疗2000年5月～2003年9月收治60例(72条患肢)慢性静脉功能不全患者.结果 72条患肢经内镜手术治疗后肢体症状和浅静脉曲张消失,28条患慢性静脉性溃疡肢体短期内愈合.随访3～39个月(平均20.5个月),无新生的溃疡,无静脉曲张复发.结论内镜手术治疗下肢慢性静脉功能不全安全有效,损伤少,并发症少,达到了微创和显效的目的.

Objective: To evaluate the role of minimally invasive operation in the treatment of CVI in the lower limb, and to compare it with traditional operation. Methods: Between May. 2000 and Sep. 2003, 60 patients (72 limbs) with surperficial venous reflux and incompetent perforator underwent minimally invasive surgery. Results: The surgery obviously improved venous disability, varicose vein disappeared in all patients who had undergone minimally invasive operation; ulcers healed shortly in Twenty-eight limbs. There have been no ulcer recurrences and recurrent varicoses during follow-up (mean 20.5 months, range 3~39 months). Conclusions: Minimally invasive operation is a safe and effective as well as minimally invasive technique.
