肝缺血再灌注损伤对大鼠血小板功能状态的影响 被引量：5

摘要 为探讨大鼠全肝缺血 /再灌注过程中血小板功能状态的变化 ,将 40只大鼠随机分为假手术组 (SO组 )和缺血 /再灌注组 (I/R组 ) ,各 2 0只。于缺血后 3 0min、再灌注后 60min检测CD 62p阳性血小板百分数、血小板计数及肝组织MDA以及内皮素 -1(ET 1)和一氧化氮 (NO )。结果示I/R组与SO组相比 ,缺血后和再灌注后的CD62p阳性血小板百分数均明显升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,血小板出现明显扣留 ,MDA水平增高 (P <0 .0 1) ,ET -1水平升高 (P <0 .0 1) ,而NO水平下降 (P <0 .0 1)。提示肝缺血再灌注可导致血小板活化和扣留 ,并与微循环的功能紊乱相关。
